Via camerawest.com, we offer several options of payment. All of our online payments are securely processed through Paypal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express in addition to Paypal and Cash, in store. We also accept payment by bank transfer for larger transactions and international shipments.


All items are available for free in-store pickup (this option is available during checkout). We have a variety of shipping options through Fedex and USPS. If you require a different shipping method, please contact us. We only ship to your verified PayPal address or billing address associated with your Credit Card. Your tracking number will be emailed at the time of shipment. All orders made before 2 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will ship that same day, and orders made after 2 p.m. (PST) will ship the following day.


We want to ensure that you are getting purchasing the right equipment for your needs, so please contact us with any questions. Returns are accepted within a 14-day window from the time of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns made of soft goods such as batteries, film, developing supplies, and paper are not accepted. 


Exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee. The item must be in as sold condition, complete with all corresponding interior and exterior packaging and accessories.

Equipment Warranty

Camera West thoroughly inspects, cleans, describes, and services (if necessary) all used products we sell. We take pride in our used inventory, and we stand behind it. Camera West includes a 90-day warranty with all used products. Used products that do not function as stated when sold within 90 days of the sale will be repaired or replaced by Camera West. This excludes loss of product, impact damage, fire damage, water damage, or misuse of the product. New items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions or problems with a new item, please contact us immediately, and we will facilitate resolution as quickly as possible.


We have the right to refuse orders for any reason. Orders that are refused will be fully refunded and closed.

Item shows no visible signs of use. Usually includes some, if not all, of the original packaging. Item can be considered like new.

Very good

Item shows very slight handling wear. Item is almost new, but used lightly.


Item shows minor handling wear, usually shows some signs of edge wear.


Item shows regular signs of use, some edge wear, and normal cosmetic marks from general use.


Item shows significant wear from normal use. Some paint loss, and edge wear. Regular cosmetic marks are visible.


Item shows nominal signs of heavy use. Significant paint loss, edge wear and cosmetic marks are visible throughout the item.
