Hello Again,
There certainly has been no shortage of exciting equipment announcements in recent weeks.  Canon's game-changing 70D (now in stock), Olympus's E-M1, Zeiss's bar-raising 55mm f1.4 Otus lens, and Nikon's D610 are all very, very press-worthy indeed.  As exciting as these new items are, however, we thought we would spend some time this month focusing on the hard working and humble hero of every photographer's kit, the camera bag.

We stock many heroic and well-appointed bags from Billingham, Clik Elite, Crumpler, Domke, Lowe Pro, Ona, Optech, Pelican, Tamrac, Tenba, and Think Tank and we are always looking for new additions.  We like to have a broad selection of styles on hand and display everything from form-fitting neoprene cases to heavy duty, waterproof rollers.  We will be happy to help you find just what you need.

We have featured a selection of new offerings from some of our favorite makers below for your review and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Coming in for visit?  Ponder bringing in the gear that you are not using these days and turn it into a generous trade credit or cash.  We buy, sell and trade fine photographic equipment daily!  Our used equipment inventory updates can be found here: Equipment Updates.
Thank you for your continued support!

This year's Program Director, Jim Vestal, has planned a variety of photo ops and activities for members and guests. With the support of Leica Camera, they will again have the Leica on Loan program, access to a Monochrom workshop in the headquarters hotel, and the opportunity to attend a Leica Akademie Destination Event in Yosemite National Park. New! Camera West Photo Walk
Exploring Fort Point

Come join Michael on another of his photo walks, this one exploring the historic Fort Point underneath the iconic Golden Gate Bridge.

Fort Point is a photographer's playground. The brick architecture and symmetry throughout the historic fort offers a great lesson in composition and the study of light. Spiral staircases, long dark hallways, moss covered bricks, weather worn iron and spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco Bay are just a few of the subjects to get your creative mind thinking about light and shadow and composition.

We must limit this to just 12 participants so sign up soon!
