Camera West is excited to announce another C.P.T (Cameras | Places | Techniques) workshop on capturing flowing water. Richard Herzog, a professional photographer, and educator will be instructing this unique class.
In this workshop, Richard will discuss using long exposure times to capture that soft silky smooth textured look of moving water. He will lead discussions on different factors such as length of exposure, camera angles and how it affects what exposure time to use, color balance, neutral density filters, variable neutral density filters, polarizing filters, stacking filters, cable release, camera timer and more.
Date: Saturday, July 29th from 5:30 pm – 8 pm
Location: Blackhawk Plaza in Danville.
This will be a technical 1:1 workshop and guidance on participants own equipment will be provided. The group size is very limited.
Cost is $85/per person.
Besides your normal gear and tripod, please bring (if you have);
- cable release
- neutral density filter (in the 3 – 6 stop range)
- polarizing filter
